Classic cheesemaking originated in Holland. That is why Dutch cheeses are considered the standard and have their connoisseurs. Dense in consistency, but very elastic, Como Holland is easy to cut into slices and cubes. It is suitable for making sandwiches, in snacks, rolls and canapés and will reveal the taste of vegetable salads.

Normalized pasteurized cow's milk (whole cow's milk, skimmed cow's milk), table salt, calcium chloride hardening agent, natural annatto extract dye, potassium nitrate preservatives, with the use of fermenting agents (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid bacteria) and an enzymatic enzyme preparation of microbial origin (chymosin). May contain nut particles.
